Each manager can be a case giver and\/or sparring partner at the same time. The sparring enables a direct, needs-based and short-term exchange on challenges in everyday management across the 11 DB companies involved. The offer is being used with great interest: around <strong>350 managers<\/strong> are now taking part, and more than<strong>160 tandems<\/strong>have been formed. It started in 2017 with a mentoring program for trainees, junior staff mentoring, management sparring and women&#8217;s mentoring programs were added, and a group-wide interdisciplinary exchange program is to follow. Each of them with new, own groups of participants and goals or criteria for matching. The platform&#8217;s user interface and database structure were gradually adapted to this. What was needed for the co-existence of different programs was newly developed: a centrally underlying questionnaire on personality preferences as well as differentiated visibility for the various people involved on the HR side. Group employees can use the matching platform to access the appropriate programs depending on their organisational unit and role. Dabei kann jede F\u00fchrungskraft gleichzeitig Fallgeber*in und\/oder Sparringspartner*in sein. \u00dcber die beteiligten 11 DB Unternehmen hinweg erm\u00f6glicht das Sparring einen direkten, bedarfsabh\u00e4ngigen und kurzfristigen Austausch zu Herausforderungen im F\u00fchrungsalltag. Das Angebot wird mit gro\u00dfem Interesse genutzt: Mittlerweile beteiligen sich rund <strong>350 F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte<\/strong>, \u00fcber <strong>160 Tandems<\/strong> wurden gebildet. F\u00fcr\u00a0 \u00f6ffentliche Aufmerksamkeit und Anerkennung sorgt nun der Gewinn des Deutschen Exzellenz-Preises 2022.<\/p><h4>Vier Programme - eine Plattform<\/h4><p>Die Matchingplattform der Deutschen Bahn beheimatet nicht nur das F\u00fchrungssparring, sondern ist virtueller Dreh-und Angelpunkt f\u00fcr inzwischen vier verschiedene HR-Programme des Konzerns. Gestartet 2017 mit einem Mentoringprogramm f\u00fcr Auszubildende, kamen Nachwuchskr\u00e4fte-Mentoring, F\u00fchrungssparring und Frauen-Mentoring Programme dazu, ein konzernweites interdisziplin\u00e4res Austauschprogramm soll folgen. Jedes davon mit neuen, eigenen Teilnehmergruppen und Zielstellungen bzw. Kriterien f\u00fcr deren Matching. Stufenweise wurden Benutzeroberfl\u00e4che und Datenbankstruktur der Plattform darauf angepasst. Und es wurde neu entwickelt, was es f\u00fcr die Co-Existenz verschiedener Programme brauchte:\u00a0 einen zentral zugrunde liegenden Fragebogen zu Pers\u00f6nlichkeitspr\u00e4ferenzen genauso wie differenzierte Sichtbarkeiten f\u00fcr die verschiedenen Beteiligten von HR-Seite. Den Konzernmitarbeitenden \u00f6ffnet sich auf der Matchingplattform je nach Organisationseinheit und Rolle das Eintrittstor zu den passenden Programmen.
